Saint Ignatius (of Loyola) Chaplet Prayers

************

On the Crucifix Pray

Dearest Lord, teach me to be generous; teach me to serve You as You deserve; to give and not to count the cost, to fight
and not to heed the wounds, to toil and not to seek rest, to labor and not to ask for reward, save that of knowing I am
doing Your will.

On each of the First Set of Three Beads Pray the Our Father

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy name.  Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.   Amen.

On each of the Second Set of Three Beads Pray the Hail Mary

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee.  Blessed art Thou among women and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

On each of Third Set of Three Beads Pray the Glory Be

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.  As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be; World without end.  Amen.

On the Medal Pray

(for Trust in Jesus Pray)

O Christ Jesus, when all is darkness and we feel our weakness and helplessness, give us the sense of Your
presence, Your love and Your strength.  Help us to have perfect trust in Your protecting love and strengthening power
so that nothing may frighten or worry us, for living close to You, we shall see Your hand, Your purpose and Your will
through all things.  Amen.

Saint Ignatius, Pray For Us

(for Departed Souls Pray)
Lord, welcome into Your calm and peaceful kingdom, those who have departed out of this present life
to be with you.  Grant them rest and a place with the spirits of the just and give them the life that shows no age, the reward
that passes not away through Christ, Our Lord.  Amen
